Academy workouts are fast-paced drills and competitions designed to teach and reinforce the fundamentals and advanced skills players will need to succeed. Training days concentrate on 2-3 fundamental areas and are scaled to each player’s level of expertise. A typical day might look like this:

5min-two ball stationary warm up

10min-full court transition drills focused on passing, catching, and finishing

15min-shooting buildup

10min-ball screen drills- vs. defender/over & cup; defender over & hedge; defender over & switch

10min- finishing vs contact using- bulldog, bulldog cross, and bulldog pullup to finish

10min-competitive shooting
